持续质量改进在结核性胸外科健康教育中的应用效果分析

Observation on Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement in the Health Education in the Department of Tuberculous Thoracic Surgery

目的观察结核性胸外科健康教育中应用持续质量改进的效果。方法选择医院结核性胸外科2014年3月—2015年7月收治的患者150例,随机将其分为实验组和对照组,每组75例,实验组在健康教育中应用持续质量改进,对照组实施健康教育,观察两组患者疾病相关知识的掌握情况以及术后并发症发生情况,对比两组护理质量评分及患者对护理满意度。结果结核性胸外科健康教育中应用持续质量改进后,实验组患者疾病相关知识掌握率、护理质量评分、患者对护理满意度均高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结核性胸外科健康教育中,应用持续质量改进后,可提高患者的健康知识掌握率,改进护理质量,提高患者的满意程度,促进患者康复,提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of the application of continuous quality improvement in the health education in the department of tuberculous thoracic surgery. Methods 150 cases of patients admitted and treated in the department of tuberculous thoracic surgery in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each, the experimental group adopted continuous quality improvement in the health education, the control group adopted health education, and the mastery of relevant disease knowledge and occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups were observed, and the nursing quality score and satisfactory degree to nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After the continuous quality improvement, the mastery rate of relevant disease knowledge, nursing quality score and nursing satisfactory degree of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the incidence rate of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance, P 0.05. Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in the health education in the department of tuberculous thoracic surgery can improve the mastery rate of health knowledge of patients, improve the nursing quality, improve the satisfactory degree of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
