终末期肾病患者血液透析服务需求调查分析

Survey Analysis of Hemodialysis Service Demand in Patients with Nephropathy at the Terminal Stage

目的分析终末期肾病病人血液透析的服务需求情况。方法选取2015年4月—2016年2月期间在该院进行血液透析的终末期肾病病人90例,使用自制调查问卷,全面调查患者护理需求,然后针对调查问卷结果进行分析。结果患者对于诊疗服务的需求、保健护理的需求以及心理服务的需求明显比其他服务的需求高,比较差异显著(P<0.05);保健服务中治疗知识的指导以及并发症的预防、血管通路相关保护知识的指导需求明显比科学用药的知识指导、饮食保健的知识指导需求高,比较差异显著(P<0.05);心理服务中的医务人员关心和理解、家属关心和理解、及时将病情信息告知需求明显比回归社会认可、适当心理的辅导的需求高,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论由于终末期患者各方面的需求存在差异,所以在护理中需要护理人员针对患者具体需求情况进行护理,以提高患者生存与生活的质量。

Objective To analyze the hemodialysis service demand in patients with nephropathy at the terminal stage.Methods 90 cases of patients with nephropathy at the terminal stage for hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2015 to February 2016 were selected, the nursing demand was comprehensively surveyed by the self-made questionnaire, and then the questionnaire results were analyzed. Results The patient＇s demands for diagnosis and treatment services, healthcare nursing and mental service were obviously higher than the demands for the other services, and the differences were obvious by comparison（P0.05）, the demands for treatment knowledge guidance in healthcare service, complication prediction and blood access relevant protection knowledge guidance were obviously higher than the demands for scientific medication knowledge guidance, diet healthcare knowledge guidance, and the differences were obvious by comparison（P0.05）, in the mental service, the demands for medical staff and family＇s concern and understanding, timely inform of disease information were obviously higher than the demands for returning to social approval and proper counseling, and the differences were obvious by comparison,（P0.05）. Conclusion In nursing, the nursing staff should provide nursing for patients according to the specific demands due to the differences in various demands in patients at the terminal stage in order to improve the quality of life of patients.
