零缺陷护理管理在心脏手术后的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Zero Defect Nursing Management after Cardiac Surgery

目的探讨在心脏手术后应用零缺陷护理管理所取得的效果。方法选取该院2012年3月—2014年8月心脏手术后患者74例,将其随机分为对照组(37例)和观察组(37例),其中对照组采取常规护理管理措施,观察组在对照组基础上,采取零缺陷护理管理,比较两组患者的日常生活质量评分、护理满意度评分、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的日常生活质量评分均高于对照组患者,其住院时间为(18.76±3.46)d,护理满意度评分为(9.31±0.78)分,并发症发生率为5.41%,数据与对照组患者对比,均具有明显的优势(P<0.05)。结论在心脏手术后,对患者实施零缺陷护理管理能够提高患者生活质量和患者对护理的满意度,而且可缩短患者的住院时间以及降低并发症发生率。

Objective To study the application effect of zero defect nursing management after cardiac surgery. Methods 74 cases of patients after cardiac surgery in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each, the control group adopted routine nursing management measures, the observation group adopted zero defect nursing management on the basis of the control group, and the daily quality of life score, nursing satisfactory degree score, length of stay and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The daily life quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the length of stay, nursing satisfactory degree score and incidence rate of complications in the observation group were respectively （18.76±3.46） d, （9.31±0.78） marks and 5.41%, which were obviously better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion After cardiac surgery, the application of zero defect nursing management can improve the quality of life of patients and satisfactory degree to nursing, and also shorten the length of stay of patients and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
