某酒店一起诺如病毒引起的食源性疾病的调查报告

摘要 目的调查了解某酒店诺如病毒引起的食源性疾病的暴发情况及原因。方法采用现场流行病学方法 ,根据病例定义搜索病例,分析酒店的基本情况、疾病的流行病学特点和实验室检测情况。结果共累计发生28例病例,均为同天在酒店就餐的顾客,患者罹患率为15.1%,平均潜伏期为31.2 h,采集的样品中,有6份粪便样品诺如病毒阳性。结论该事件为一起由诺如病毒引起的食源性疾病,且与酒店存在密切关联。分折原因可能是顾客食用了受诺如病毒污染的生海鲜或其他生吃食品,引起的食源性疾病。 Objective To survey and know the occurrence situation and causes of foodborne disease caused by norovirus in some hotel. Methods The field epidemiological method was collected, the cases were searched according to case definition, the basic condition, epidemiological features of diseases and laboratory test situation in the hotel were analyzed. Results Foodborne disease occurred to 28 cases in total, and all of them were customers who had dinner in some hotel on the same day, the attack rate was 15.1%, the average incubation period was 31.2 h, and in the samples collected, there were 6 fecal samples such as positive noroviruses. Conclusion The event that the foodborne disease was caused by norovirus is closely related to the hotel, and the reason is that the customers have eaten the raw seafood or other raw food contaminated by norovirus.
