持续质量改进在妇科护理风险管理中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement in the Nursing Risk Management in the Department of Gynaecology

目的探究持续质量改进在妇科护理风险管理中的应用效果,以供临床参考。方法该次研究对象从2014年1月—2015年2月本辖区妇科患者中选取59例作为对照组,并从2015年3月—2016年4月本辖区妇科患者中选取59例作为观察组,分别对118例妇科患者采用常规护理管理、持续质量改进方法 ,探究118例妇科患者经不同管理干预后护理满意度以及护理不良事件发生率的差异性。结果观察组妇科患者的护理满意度(98.30%)以及护理不良事件发生率(8.47%)与对照组妇科患者的护理满意度(79.66%)以及护理不良事件发生率(30.51%)相比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论持续质量改进在妇科护理风险管理中具有一定的应用效果,能够有效提高患者对护理人员的护理满意度,从而提高依从性,降低护理不良事件的发生几率。

Objective To study and observe the application effect of continuous quality improvement in the nursing risk management in the department of gynaecology for clinical reference and research. Methods 59 cases of patients in the department of gynaecology in this area from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the control group, and 59 cases of patients in the department of gynaecology in this area from March 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group, and the 118 cases of patients in the department of gynaecology adopted the methods of routine nursing management and continuous quality improvement, and differences in the nursing satisfactory degree and incidence rate of nursing adverse event after different management interventions were studied. Results The research results showed that the differences in the nursing satisfactory degree and incidence rate of nursing adverse events between the observation group and the control group was big with statistical significance,（98.30%, 8.47% vs 79.66%, 30.51%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion Continuous quality im- provement in the nursing risk management in the department of gynaecology has a certain application effect, which can not only improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients to nursing staff thus improving the compliance and reducing the occurrence probability of nursing adverse reactions, which can be applied and promoted.
