摘要
为了保障海洋油气安全开发,解决水下结构物维修作业的关键技术问题,该课题拟开展能够适应水下环境的摩擦叠焊修复关键技术研究。该年度完成了水下摩擦叠焊原理样机研制工作,并开发了相应的焊接工艺。此外,还对原理样机的水下作业场景进行了仿真模拟技术研究。
In order to ensure the safety of offshore oil and gas developmen~ and to solve the problem of the key technology of underwater structure repair work, a friction welding system is supposed to be developed. In this year, the prototype of the system has been made out. and the welding procedure is also been researched. Besides that, a simulation technology of the prototype system has been carried out to ensure the technology can finally used underwater.
