摘要
针对四川省甘孜地区S215瓦九路改建工程恶劣的气候条件,研究了PP复合纤维沥青混合料的路用性能:掺加沥青混合料质量0.05%的PP纤维后,沥青混合料的动稳定度可提高至原来的1.26倍,冻融循环后劈裂强度提高了约8.3%,冻融劈裂强度比由原来的90.7%提高到97.2%,浸水马歇尔稳定度提高约5%,残留马歇尔稳定度提高了约4%。试验结果表明,PP纤维能提高沥青混合料的抗高温变形、抗冻融、抗水损害等多项性能,适宜在类似川西地区等气候条件恶劣地区使用。
In S215 many unfavorable Wajiu Road reconstruction projects of Ganzi features, harsh climatic conditions is one area, Sichuan Province, there are of them. Aiming at the situation,the pavement performance of PP composite fiber asphalt mixture was studied. When the content of PP composite fiber was changed from 0 to 0.05% in the quality of asphalt mixture, the dynamic stability could be increased to 1.26 times, the splitting strength could be increased about by 8.3% after the freezing and thawing cycle, the freeze-thaw splitting strength could be increased from 90.7% to 97.2%, the immersion Marshall stability could be increased about by 5%, the residual Marshall stability could be increased about by 4%. The results indicate that the PP composite fiber asphalt mixture can enhance the perfect performances in high temperature resistance to deformation, anti-freezing and thawing, the resistance to water damage and other properties. In summary, it is adequate to be used in the severe district of bad climatic conditions similar to the western Sichuan region.
