摘要
环氧丙烷是一种重要石油化工基础原料,该文选择异丙苯过氧化氢法制取环氧丙烷工艺,分别对异丙苯空气氧化生产异丙苯过氧化氢、氧化液中的有机酸和水去除、CHP氧化丙烯制备环氧丙烷、环氧丙烷精制、异丙苯回收等5个工段进行工艺流程设计。该设计有利于减少副产品、降低投资、提高资源利用率和综合经济效益,减少环境污染。
Propylene oxide is a kind of important basic petrochemical raw materials. In this paper, propylene oxide preparation technique through cumene hydrogen peroxide method is selected. Five technical sections, cumene oxidation with air in the production of cumene hydroperoxide, removal of organic acid and water oxidation liquid, CHP oxidation of propylene to preparation of epoxy propane, propylene refining, and cumene recovery, are simulated and designed. This design helps to reduce by-product and investment, it can also improve resource utilization rate and the comprehensive economic benefits. The design is beneficial to reduce the environmental pollution.
