摘要
根据患者膝关节软骨面缺损部位CT扫描图像,利用医学图像处理软件Mimics和逆向工程软件Imageware,实现膝关节曲面的三维重建,在Solidworks软件中对该重建的三维模型进行二次设计,形成个体化人工膝关节面实体模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对该实体模型进行有限元分析,以评价个体化人工膝关节面的设计效果.此设计方法能为患者"私人订制"个体化的人工膝关节产品,达到良好的治疗效果.
3D reconstruction of knee joint surface is achieved according to the patient’s CT scan images of the arti?cial cartilage defects of the knee with the help of medical image processing software Mimics as well as the reverse engineering software Imageware. Then a second design of the reconstructed 3D model is conducted with Solidworks software, forming a solid model of the individualized arti?cial knee joint surface, which is transferred to FEA software ANSYS for finite element analysis in order to evaluate the design effect of the individualized artificial knee joint surface. This design is able to produce privately-tailored arti?cial knee joint products for patients.
