Teaching plan involves the orientation and overall structure of the teaching content so it determines whether higher vocational education can adapt to the economic and social development.Based on the importance of teaching plans to higher vocational education, this article analyzes the current situation and problems concerned, and advises how to make teaching plans scientifically.
