摘要
河北省辛集市某制革企业制革废水处理工程设计规模为600 m^3/d。设计采用以"预处理+多功能池+AO"为主体的工艺,其中多功能池可根据使用需求灵活切换。由2015年1月~6月的运行数据可知,该工艺处理效果较好,运行稳定,实际运行出水水质优于设计值,且可实现污泥减量。并通过对各单元设计的详细介绍及运行数据分析,总结了设计、运行方面的经验。
Design capacity of leather wastewater treatment project in Xinji City of Hebei Province is 600 m / d . The main process is " pretreatment + multifunction tank + AO". Multifunction tank can be operated in many modes according to the demand. Operation results from January to June of 2015 show that the process has good treatment effect, stable operation, and actual effluent quantity is better than that in the design. The process also can reduce the sludge quantity. Overall, design and operation experiences are summarized through the analysis and introduction of unit design and operation data.
