摘要 针对陕西某火电厂的循环冷却水强制排污水的特点及回用要求,在回用水站处理的基础上,提出了"浓水反渗透+DM浓缩+MVR蒸发结晶"工艺路线。处理水达到《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB 50050—2007)中循环冷却水用再生水水质标准,作为循环水补水回用,浓水达标排放,为回用水站浓水零排放进行了有益的探索。 On the basis of reuse water station treatment, a technological process route " concentrated water reverse osmosis + DM concentration + MVR evaporative crystallization" was proposed, regarding to the features of mandatory drainage of recirculated cooling water system and its reuse requirements of a Shaanxi thermal power plant. Treated water satisfies circulating cooling water reuse quality standards in Code for Design of Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Treatment ( GB 50050-2007 ) , which is reused to replenish the circulating water. Besides, concentrated water is emitted in conformity with the discharge standards. The study provides a beneficial exploration in zero concentrated water discharge of reuse water stations.
