摘要
利用SRAP技术对佳宝苦瓜杂交种子进行纯度鉴定。试验结果表明,从153对SRAP引物中筛选出1对引物Me6-Em4,能同时扩增出F_1代及其父母本的多态性条带,且PCR扩增产物具有高度的稳定性和重复性;利用该引物对48株佳宝苦瓜进行纯度鉴定,其种子纯度为97.9%,与其田间鉴定结果接近,表明利用SRAP分子标记可以快速、准确地鉴定佳宝苦瓜杂交种纯度。
In Lhis sLudy, SRAP markers Lechnique was used for idenLifying Lhe puriLy of Jiabao biLLer gourd hybrid seeds. The resulLs showed LhaL only a pair of primers (Me6-Em4) was screened ouL from 153 pairs of SRAP primers, which could amplify Lhe characLerisLic polymorphic bands of F| generaLion and iLs parenLs, and Lhe PCR producLs possessed high sLabiliLy and repeaLabiliLy.
