摘要
探讨运动对哮喘模型相关指标的影响.运动后激发组、激发后运动组和哮喘组均出现不同程度的哮喘症状.血清IgE含量比较,正常组同运动组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而激发后运动组显著高于运动后激发组和哮喘组(P<0.01);IgG_1水平检测,激发后运动组显著高于正常组、运动组和运动后激发组(P<0.01);IgG_(2a)水平检测,运动组显著高于运动后致敏组、致敏后运动组和哮喘组(P<0.01).BALF中IFN-γ水平检测,运动组显著高于运动后激发组、激发后运动组及哮喘组(P<0.01);运动组IL-4浓度显著低于运动后激发组、激发后运动组及哮喘组(P<0.01).肺组织病理切片可见,运动组同正常组相似,无明显改变,激发后运动组解剖结构破坏严重,肺野内大量渗出及嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,血管水肿明显,周围伴有渗出.在变应原控制前提下,间歇运动对哮喘的预防具有积极的意义,哮喘发作后运动可加重病情.
To explore the effect of intermittent movement on relative indexes of murine asthmatic model.The mine in irritated after movement group,movement after irritated group and asthma group appeared various asthmatic symptoms.There was no statistically significant difference at serum IgE levels between normal group and movement group(P〈0.05),but the levels of serum IgE in movement after irritated group was significantly higher than irritated after movement group and asthma group(P〈0.01).Serum IgG1 levels in the movement after irritated group were significantly higher than the normal group,movement group and irritated after movement group(P〈0.01).Serum IgG(2 a)levels in movement group was significantly higher than movement after irritated group,irritated after movement group and asthma group(P〈0.01).The levels of IFN-γin BALF from movement group were significantly higher than those from irritated after movement group,movement after irritated and asthma group(P〈0.01).However,the IL-4concentrations in movement group were significantly lower than those in irritated after movement group,movement after irritated group and asthma group(P〈0.01).Compared with the normal group,the pathology of lung tissue from movement group was no obvious change,but anatomical structures in the movement after irritated group were destroyed severely with a large number of seepage,eosinophil infiltration and obvious angioedema.Conclusion:Under the free allergen condition,intermittent movement has a positive significance on prevention against asthma.Furthermore,the movement after asthma can aggravating the status of an illness.
