凝固型老鹰茶风味发酵乳体内抗氧化活性研究

Study on Antioxidant Activity of Set-type Hawk Tea Yogurt in Vivo

采用皮下注射D-半乳糖建立小鼠氧化损伤衰老模型,灌喂凝固型老鹰茶风味发酵乳(HTY),通过考察小鼠体内总抗氧化能力和多种抗氧化酶活力,评价凝固型老鹰茶风味发酵乳的体内抗氧化活性.结果表明:凝固型老鹰茶风味发酵乳能显著提高血清和肝脏中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,缓解自由基对机体造成地氧化损伤;凝固型老鹰茶风味发酵乳具有提高氧化损伤衰老小鼠机体免疫和改善肠道环境的作用.

Aged model mice were established by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose.The antioxidant activity of hawk tea yogurt（HTY）in vivo was evaluated by measuring the total antioxidant capacity and the activity of several antioxidant enzymes.The results showed that HTY could significantly（P0.05,P 0.01）increase total antioxidant capacity（T-AOC）,activity of superoxide dismutase（SOD）and glutathione peroxidase（GSH-PX）activity of liver and serum,but decreased the content of malondialdehyde（MDA）,releasing oxidative damage induced by free radicals in the body.HTY had positively effects on immunity and intestinal environment of aging mice.
