摘要
阿魏酸酯酶可以水解植物细胞壁中由阿魏酸、p-香豆酸及二聚阿魏酸等酚酸与半纤维素和木质素形成的酯键,高效降解木质纤维素的同时可以释放出阿魏酸、p-香豆酸等抗氧化物质,在食品、造纸、医药、化妆品、生产生物乙醇等行业具有很高的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。本文系统总结了阿魏酸酯酶的来源、理化性质、结构特征与催化机理及发酵生产、应用等方面的最新研究进展。
Feruloyl esterases (FAEs) are able to hydrolyze the ester bond between hydroxycinnamic acids and hemicellulosicsugars and release ferulic acid from the plant cell wall, which demonstrate a wide variety of applications in food, cosmetic,medical, feed industries and producing bioethanol. This review provided an overview of the current knowledge on feruloylesterases including its source, physicochemical property, structural features and catalytic mechanism and its applications.
