摘要
在有、无磁场作用下进行Al-10%Bi过偏晶合金的凝固实验,分析了1T水平稳恒磁场对富Bi相分布的影响。结果表明,磁场作用下的合金试样上部的富Bi相粒子密度增加,下部的富Bi相粒子密度较少,且富Bi相粒子尺寸分布范围变窄。水平稳恒磁场在一定程度上阻碍了液滴的碰撞凝并和重力沉降,避免了液滴的局部聚集,提高了液滴沿重力方向的均匀程度,有利于获得富Bi相均匀分布的合金凝固组织。
The solidification experiment of Al-10%Bi hypermonotectic alloy were carried out respectively under horizontal static magnetic field and the gravity condition.The effect of 1Thorizontal static magnetic field on Birich phase distribution of hypermonotectic alloy was examined.The results showed that Bi-rich particles density increased in the middle of sample and particles density decreased in the bottom of sample as well as in the width of the Bi-rich particles size distribution under the static magnetic field.The static magnetic hinders collision condensation between droplets and gravity sedimentation,avoids the local accumulation of droplets,and improves the homogeneous degree of droplets along the direction of gravity to some extent.It's beneficial to obtain solidification organization of uniformly distributed Bi-rich phase.
