摘要
采用"浮选-重选"联合工艺对锡石细粒嵌布、矿物组分复杂的锡石多金属硫化矿进行研究。分析了矿石的性质,考查了"优先浮选-重选"和"混合浮选-重选"两种工艺流程的技术经济指标。结果表明:优先浮选-重选工艺流程中,锡的综合回收率为40.43%,铜的回收率为65.87%;与混合浮选-重选工艺流程相比,优先浮选-重选工艺的锡综合回收率低2.49%,铜回收率高4.2%;优先浮选-重选工艺流程的处理每吨原矿的毛利润为58.46元,比混合浮选-重选工艺流程多收入13.93元。
A “flotation - reelection” joint process was used to study the fine - grained disseminated cassiterite, a mineral component complex cassiterite. Refractory ore research, ore properties were analysized ,the “ flotation - reelection” and “mixed flotation - reelection technical and economic indicators” in two of the process were examined. The results showed that : in flotation - reelection process, tin comprehensive re-covery was of 40. 43 % , copper recovery was of 65. 8 7% . Compared with the bulk flotation - reelection process, tin comprehensive recovery rate was 2. 49% low, copper recovery was 4. 2% higher; in flotation - reelection process of processing, a tonne of ore gross profit was 58. 46 yuan, compared with flotation - re-e-lection process 13. 93 yuan more revenue was obtained.
