摘要
对云南云天化股份有限公司红磷分公司新建20万t/a型煤装置振动筛及皮带机运输转运站产生大量粉尘的原因进行了分析。对振动筛周围及转运站导料槽密封等进行了改进,并选择FLQC系列扁布袋除尘器除尘。解决了粉尘浓度超标、工作环境恶劣等问题。
The causes of large amount of dust produced by vibrating screen and belt transport coal transfer station of 200,000 t / means in Yuntianhua Ltd. Branch red phosphorus were analyzed. The shaker and transfer stations around the guide trough sealing have been improved, FLQC series flat bag filter was selected to remove the dust. The dust concentrations exceeding, poor working conditions and other issues were solved.
