不同产地及等级天麻中多糖的测定

对不同产地及等级天麻中的多糖含量进行了测定。实验发现,天麻多糖含量与其等级关联性甚微;同一地区不同等级天麻中多糖含量存在差异,不同产区的天麻多糖含量相差较大。产自云南昭通大关益株、大关细沙、彝良两河地区的天麻多糖含量较高,而楚雄大姚地区的天麻多糖含量较低。
