摘要
通过故障模式及影响分析方法,并采集实际机械密封失效数据进行验证,采用有限元建模分析不同转速、不同压力、不同材料下机械密封的温升情况。结果表明,温升异常是机械密封失效的最主要的原因,转速和压力与温升成线性正比关系;Si C作为密封材料时,温升较为理想。结合实际选型、安装、运行工况提出了改善机械密封的措施。
Through the failure mode and effect analysis method, the actual mechanical seal failure data validation were collected. Using finite element modeling, different speed, different pressure, the temperature rise of mechanical seal under different materials were analyzed. The results showed that the abnormal temperature rise was the main cause of the mechanical seal failure, speed and pressure and temperature rise had a linearly propor-tional relationship. When the SiC was taken as seal material, the temperature was more ideal. Combined with the actual selection, installation, operation condition, measures of improving mechanical seal were put forward.
