混凝沉淀-水解酸化-SBR工艺在某屠宰场废水处理中的工程应用 被引量:3

摘要 采用隔油沉淀-混凝沉淀-水解酸化-SBR-消毒工艺对新疆某屠宰场废水进行处理,设计规模为50 m^3/d。SBR工艺设计运行周期8 h,其中进水时间0.84 h,进水同时进行曝气,曝气时间5.5 h,沉淀时间1.5 h,排水时间0.7 h,闲置时间0.3 h。研究表明,该工艺对屠宰废水有较好的处理效果:对CODCr,BOD5,SS,动植物油的平均去除率分别为82.6%,84.9%,79.1%,76.6%,出水水质达到GB 13457—1992《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》三级标准后排入当地二级污水处理厂,且该工艺具有处理效率高、运行稳定、占地面积小、操作灵活、运行成本低等特点。 The oil separation - coagulative precipitation - hydrolysis acidification - SBR - disinfection was applied in Slaughter-house Wastewater Treatment Plant in Xinjiang. The design capacity of the Treatment Plant was 50 m3/d. The design operation cycle of SBR was 8 h, water inlet period of 0.84 h, reaction (aeration) period of 5.5 h, sedimentation period of 1.5 h, water outlet period of 0.7 h, and idle period of 0.3 h. After the construction, the removal rates of CODCr,BOD5,SS and animal and vegetable oils were more than 82.6%,84.9%,79.1%and 76.6%respectively.The effluent quality could reach the third level criteria specified in Discharge Standard of water Pollutants for meat packing industry (GB 13457—1992),which would be allowed to discharge into the municipal wastewater treatment plant. The survey, selection of treatment process, design parameters and equipment collocation of the project are presented.The practice showed that this technology has many advantages, such as high treatment efficiency ,reliable running, flexible operation ,small footprint, low running cost and so on.
