天然气吸附罐吸附过程温度场的数学模拟及实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 ANG技术是一项先进的储气技术。在吸附/脱附过程中,由于吸附质分子势能的改变,会伴随着放热/吸热现象。研究表明,其吸附热可达16kJ/mol,对吸附性能的影响有20%左右。着重从吸附罐的温度场分布、有无换热结构的对比,讨论了吸附过程中的热效应,分析了在吸附/脱附过程中不同径向位置上的温度变化特性以及换热对温度场分布的作用效果,并与实验数据进行了对比验证。结果表明,采用换热结构对减缓吸附过程的热效应有很好的作用。 ANG is a kind of new technology to adsorb natural gas.In charge and discharge process,it shows heat effects.The heat of adsorption is about 16 kJ/mol,and it influences adsorption capability about 20%.Based on the temperature field distribution of storage vessel and the comparison of structures with or without heat exchange,the heat effects of during absorption process was mainly discussed,the variation of temperature at different radial positions and influences of heat effects on temperature fields were analyzed,and experimental data were compared with.The results showed that using heat exchange structure had good effect to retard the heat effect of adsorption process.
