摘要
介绍了中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂1.2×106 t/a延迟焦化装置采用的清洁生产技术措施。主要从节能降耗和污染物治理两方面出发,通过采用先进工艺技术、管理减排、操作优化和技术改造等一系列措施,在治理本装置生产中产生的污染物的同时,利用其工艺特点,处理炼厂生产过程中的污染物,达到了节能降耗、减污增效的目的,实现了装置清洁生产。
Technical measures for cleaner production used in 1.2×106 t/a delayed coking unit of Urumqi petrochemical refinery were introduced in this paper.The measures were mainly considered from the energy saving and pollutants treatment aspects,through adopting advanced technologies,reducing the emission,optimizing the operation,and reforming the technologies.The pollutants generated from the production of device could be treated as well as those from the refinery production processing according to the process characteristics.In this way,not only the aims of saving energy,reducing pollution and improving efficiency were reached,but also the cleaner production of unit were realized.
