新型柴油加氢催化剂的制备及加氢脱硫性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 硫脲作沉淀剂母体,柠檬酸作为络合剂,采用均匀沉淀法与纳米自组装方法相结合制备Mo-Ni-P加氢催化剂,并对Mo-Ni-P加氢催化剂进行了BET、NH3-TPD、CO吸附及XPS表征,分析其结构及性质。BET及CO吸附分析结果表明,当沉淀剂的加入质量分数为40%时,催化剂表现出最佳的加氢脱硫的催化性能。40h的加氢实验表明,新型催化剂的平均脱硫率为95.3%,比对比催化剂高1.7%。 The nanometer autonomous vehicle assembly Mo-Ni-P hydrogenation catalysts were prepared by homogeneous precipitation using thiourea as precipitant matrix and citric acid as complexing agen.The catalysts were characterized by BET, NH 3-TPD,FT-IR spectra of CO adsorbed and XPS.The results of BET and FT-IR spectra of CO showed that when the content of thiourea was 40%,catalytic performance of the catalyst was best.The homogeneous precipitation catalyst achieved the desulfurization rate of 95.3% which was higher than the reference catalyst by 1.7%.
