随着护理学的快速发展,越来越多的男性加入护理队伍。笔者结合灾害救援对护理人员的要求,分别从心理、生理及科研等方面分析男护士在灾害救援工作中的优势及培养,以更好地发挥男护士在灾害救援中的作用。

With the rapid development of nursing, an increasing number of male nurses have joined this profession. Combining the requirements on paramedics in disaster relief, the author analyses the advantages and training of male nurses in disaster relief with regard to aspects such as psychology, physiology and scientific research, hopefully enabling them to play a better role in disaster relief.
