程序性死亡分子-1及其配体在宫颈癌表达中的研究进展

摘要 程序性死亡分子-1(programmed death-1,PD-1)与程序性死亡分子-1配体(programmed death ligand-1,PD-L1)为抑制性共刺激分子,共同参与肿瘤的免疫逃逸。研究证实阻断PD-1/PD-L1通路能够逆转肿瘤免疫微环境,增强内源性抗肿瘤免疫效应,近年来,有关PD-1/PD-L1通路与宫颈癌关系的研究日益增多。笔者查阅相关文献就目前PD-1/PD-L1的生物学功能及其在宫颈癌治疗中的研究进展做一综述。 Programmed death-1(PD-1) and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1) are inhibitory co-stimulus molecules that are involved in tumor immune escape. Studies have confirmed that blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway can reverse the immune microenvironment and enhance the immune response. Great concern has been raised regarding the correlation between PD-1/PDL1 pathway and cervical cancer recently. The author reviewed the biological function of PD-1/PD-L1 and its research progress in the treatment of cervical cancer by consulting relevant literatures.
