工业烟气SCR法脱硝被广泛应用于各种工业窑炉。氨是SCR脱硝工艺中普遍使用的还原剂,其制取的工艺主要有液氨制取、氨水制取、尿素制取等。安全性要求高的系统一般采用尿素制氨法。尿素热解制氨是应用较多的一种工艺,其热解风的制取也有多种方式。文章介绍了尿素热解制氨工艺中热解风的制取方式。

The method of SCR denitration of industrial fue gas is widely used in various industrial kilns and boilers. Ammonia, as reducing agent, is widely used in SCR denitration technology. Usually, the preparation of ammonia from urea is adopted in high security system. This paper mainly introduces the preparation method in the preparation of ammonia process of urea pyrolysis.
