摘要
PVC塑料模板按照传统的施工工艺以木方为背楞在很多实际工程进行了大量应用.为了更好地贯彻绿色施工的理念,设计了铝合金框加劲PVC塑料模板,用铝合金方形管代替传统的木方作为背楞,将其应用在剪力墙的施工过程中.对此设计方案中模板体系的强度和刚度进行了验算,并通过现场试验研究测试了在混凝土浇筑过程中模板及铝合金框的应变及挠度值.试验数据表明该体系安全可靠,有良好的应用前景,为PVC塑料模板在垂直构件中的应用推广提供了理论基础.
PVC plastic building templates with dorsal bar made of wood have been applied to engineering. The PVC plastic formwork support system stiffened by aluminum alloy is de-signed in this paper. Strength and stability of this support system are checked. The deflection and strain values of this support system are collected in the field test. The test result indicates that the system is safe and reliable in engineering application.
