当前,受全球化影响及城市化的快速推进,城市建设中出现了盲目模仿,城市面貌日趋雷同,城市特色不断消失的现象,"千城一面"成为时下城市景观形象的代名词.如何在城市的规划建设中提高城市空间品质,优化人居环境,塑造城市特色,是规划工作者必须认真思考的一项重要课题.从对城市特色内涵的认识谈起,分析了影响城市特色形成的主要因素,并从城市平面布局、城市轮廓线、城市色彩、建筑形式与风格、城市环境绿化美化、城市自然禀赋与人文景观、城市意象等方面就城市的规划、建设和管理中营造和形成自己独具的城市特色问题进行了探讨.

Currently, along with globalization and urbanization, the cities tend to be designed and constructed in the same style, which results in the loss of their urban characters. Thus, how to create the unique urban characteristics of their own and improve the quality of urban space and the living environment presents the problems be taken into consideration. On the comprehension of the connotation of urban characteristics, the major factors such as urban layouts, outlines, colours, building forms, styles,urban landscapes, natural characters, cultural landscapes, city image, and the like, this paper discusses the construction of the unique city in the work of urban planning, construction and administration.
