摘要
本文中提出了一种纯电动汽车的驱动电机-变速器动力系统,根据整车性能要求对驱动电机峰值功率、转矩和变速器传动比等主要参数进行了匹配,结合驱动电机特性设计了换挡过程。通过仿真和动力总成台架试验,对该系统的性能进行了验证。结果表明,与电机-单级减速系统相比,在相同动力性能的条件下,所提出的系统有较小的体积,在中高速工况下有较高的效率,整个换挡过程平稳快速、冲击小、动力损失少,换挡品质高,具有较好的产业化前景。
A drive motor-transmission powertrain for pure electric vehicles is presented in this paper. The main parameters,including peak power and torque of drive motor and the gear ratio of transmission are matched according to the perl'ormance requirements of vehicle,and a gear shifting process is designed based on the characteristics of drive motor. The performance of system is verified by simulation and power assembly bench test. The results show that compared with motor-single stage reductor system,the proposed system with same power performance has smaller volume,higher efficiency in medium-high speed conditions and a smooth and speedy gear shifting process with less jerk and power loss,having a better prospect of its industrialization.
