摘要
目的:观察线栓法和电凝法对大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)脑缺血模型的影响。方法:选择SD和WKY两种实验大鼠,随机分为线栓组和电凝组,术后24h测定脑含水量、脑指数、神经学评分和梗死面积的差异,同时观察术后24h、72h时死亡率。结果:线栓法和电凝法制作MCAO模型后,动物存活率、脑含水量、脑指数、神经学评分和梗死面积均存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:线栓法和电凝法对MCAO大鼠评价和观察指标的结果不同,要根据实验目的选择合适的实验方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of suture occluded method and electrocoagulation method on cerebral ischemia model after middle cerebral artery occlusion. Methods: Experiment animals are randomly divided into suture occluded method group? electrocoagulation method group and sham group. Experimental animal were killed by decapitation after 24 hours after middle cerebral artery occlusion. The water content of brain, cerebral index,neurological scores and cerebral infarction rate were detected after 24 hours after middle cerebral artery occlusion. The survival rate was observed after 24 hours and 72 hours after operation. Results :Compare with suture occluded method group. survival rate in electrocoagulation method group was increased significantly (P 〈0.01). The water content of brain and cerebral index were decreased. Neurological scores and cerebral infarction were decreased significantly (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: The neurological scores, infarction rate and survival rate of the experiment animals after middle cerebral artery occlusion with different method were different. It should choose appropriate experiment method according our experiment objective.
