低离子凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验中的应用价值研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨低离子凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验中的临床应用价值。方法:选择某院近两年收治的输血者共126例作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,并按检验方法不同分为两组。对照组输血者(n=61)采用盐水法检验,而观察组输血者(n=65)则采用低离子凝聚胺技术检验,观察并比较两组的检验效果差异。结果:观察组相关抗体阳性对照凝集强度较对照组高,并且共检出15个凝集细胞(23.08%),明显多于对照组的3个(4.92%),两组间差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,观察组非特异性凝集于10s内消失34例(52.31%),于20s内消失31例(47.69%),而对于特异性凝集则在3min内均无消失。结论:低离子凝聚胺技术可使红细胞快速准确地出现凝集反应,并速地检测出不规则抗体,具有耗时短、操作简便及灵敏度高等特点,值得在临床输血检验中使用。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of low ion coagulation technology in clinical blood transfusion test. Methods: 126 cases of blood transfusion were selected in a hospital in the last two years as the research object for retrospectively analyzed and were divided into two groups according to the test method.The control group (n = 61) were tested by salt water method.While the observation group (n = 65) were tested by the low ion coagulation technology.The test results were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The antibody positive agglutination strength of the observation group were s higher than that, of the control group; There were 15 aggregated cell (23. 08%) were detected, significantly more than the 3 cell (4.92% ) of the control group which difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05) ; In addition, the non specificity of the observation group were disappeared of 34 cases (52.31%) in 10s and disappeared 31 cases (47,69%) in 20s.While the specific agglutination were not disappeared in 3min. Conclusion: The low ion coagulation technology can make the red blood cells rapidly and accurately and it also can detect irregular antibodies with the characteristics of short time,simple operation and high ggsensitivity which is worthy of use in clinical blood transfusion test.
