用有序样品聚类法建立蒙古族7～18岁学生腰围的参考值

Order Sample Clustering Method to Establish Waist Reference Value for Mongolian Students Aged 7～18

目的：建立蒙古族7-18岁学生不同年龄段腰围参考值范围。方法：对通辽校点的6 087蒙古族学生,采用多因素有序样品聚类分析方法对年龄进行最优分割法划分。结果：城男和乡男划分为4个年龄段,7-9岁、10-12岁、13-15岁、16-18岁;城女和乡女划分为4个年龄段,7-8岁、9-10岁、11-12岁、13-18岁;经回代验证,一致率超过85%。结论：本研究建立的蒙古族7-18岁学生不同年龄段超重、肥胖的腰围参考值具有理论与实际意义。

Objective To establish reference values of different ages waist range from 7 to 18 years old Mongolian students. Methods： 6087 Mongolian students in Tongliao school were divided by multi-factor sequence sample cluster analysis method and optimum partition method.Results： The male in city and villages were divided into four ages： aged 7 to 9 , 10 to 12 years, 13 to 15 years, 16 to 18 years; female in the city and villages were divided into four age groups,7,8 years,9,10 years,11 ,12 years,13 to 18 years; verification by back substitution, overweight, obese screen out those relatively consistent rate was over Conclusion ：This study established the Mongolian students aged 7 to 18 different ages overweight, obesity, waist circumference reference value, which has theoretical and practical significance.
