阿托伐他汀对患者血脂的影响与临床药理分析

Effect of Atorvastatin on Blood Lipid and Pharmacological Analysis

目的：研究分析阿托伐他汀对患者血脂的影响及临床药理。方法：随机抽取2015年1月-2015年12月在某院治疗的冠心病高脂血症患者338例,根据患者治疗方式的不同分为两个组各169例,对照组患者予以常规治疗,对研究组患者在常规治疗基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及血脂变化情况。结果：研究组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显降低,HDLC水平显著增加,且与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组心血管事件发生率4.7%低于对照组心血管事件发生率10.1%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：阿托伐他汀能够降低高脂血症患者的血脂含量,预防心脑血管事件的发生,临床应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin on blood lipid and its pharmacological effects. Methods： 338 cases with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were randomly selected in a hospital from January 2015 to December 2015, divided into two groups with 169 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment ,and the study group were treated with conventional treatment combined with atorvastatin. The therapeutic effect of two groups and the changes of blood lipid were compared. Results： After treatment,the patients in the study group had significantly lower TC , TG and LDT,C levels,a significant increase in HDL-C levels and with the control group compared with statistical significance （P〈0.05） ; group of cardiovascular event rate was 4.7 % , lower than that of the control group the incidence of cardiovascular events in 10.1 % were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reactions of the two groups occurred rate is not statistically significant （P〉0 .0 5 ） . Conclusion： Atorvastatin can reduce the blood lipid levels of hyperlipidemia patients, prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, whose clinical application value is high.
