门诊可视无痛人工流产术围术期护理心得与体会

Perioperative Nursing Experience of Painless Artificial Abortion in Outpatient Clinic

目的：分析讨论门诊可视无痛人工流产术患者的围术期护理方法以及临床效果。方法：随机选取2013年6月-2015年6月某院门诊收治治疗的82例行超声可视无痛人工流产术的患者作为观察对象,为患者提供有效地术前护理、术中护理以及术后护理,对全部患者的临床护理效果进行统计分析。结果：82例门诊可视无痛人工流产术患者经过临床治疗以及护理后,对其临床护理总满意度进行分析,其中有42例（51.2%）患者满意,有36例（43.9%）患者一般满意,其临床护理总满意度为95.1%。结论：在临床中积极的采取有效措施强化门诊可视无痛人工流产术患者的围术期护理,可以有效地提高患者的生活质量以及护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,提高手术的安全性与准确性,从而确保患者临床疗效得到显著提升。

Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing method for outpatient painless artificial abortion patients and clinical effect. Methods： 82 cases treated by painless artificial abortion surgery from June 2013 to June 2015 randomly selected, who were treated with effective preoperative nursing, intraoperative nursing and postoperative nursing. And then the effect of clinical nursing care of all patients were analyzed. Results： After clinical treatment and nursing, 82 cases of outpatient painless artificial abortion, the clinical nursing satisfaction were analyzed, which has 42 patients （51.2%） patient satisfaction, 36 cases （43.9% ） patients with general satisfaction and the clinical nursing satisfaction rate was 95.1 %. Conclusion： In clinic, actively taking effective measures to intensive outpatient painless artificial abortion in patients with perioperative nursing can effectively improve the patient＇s quality of life and satisfaction with nursing care, reduce the incidence of complications, improve surgical safety and accuracy, to ensure that the clinical curative effects of the patients were improved significantly.
