健康教育对社区老年慢性病患者安全用药知识态度行为的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Community Health Education on Drug Safety Knowledge and Attitude Behavior for Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的：探究在社区老年慢性病患者安全用药方面,采取相应的健康教育管理,观察其对病人的安全用药知识态度行为的影响效果。方法：选取2014年6月-2015年10月某社区的96例老年慢性病病人作为研究的案例,根据随机数字表法,将其划分为探究组和比较组,每组各48例,比较组病人给予常规方式的管理,探究组病人运用健康教育的模式进行管理,对比两组病人的安全用药效果。结果：探究组病人运用健康教育的模式进行管理后,其在安全用药的知识态度行为各维度评分方面,相较于给予常规方式管理的比较组病人,都明显要好,有着明显差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在社区老年慢性病患者安全用药方面,采取相应的健康教育管理,具有良好效果,其能有效的提升社区病人安全用药评分,保障病人安全合理用药,保障病人的身体健康安全。

Objective To explore the effect of health education and management on the safety of medication in elderly patients with chronic diseases in community, and to observe the effect of the health education management. Methods： 96 cases of elderly chronic disease patients from June 2014 to October 2015 were taken as research objects, who were randomly divided into research group and the comparison group, with 48 cases in each. The comparison group were managed by conventional way, and the research group were managed by the mode of health education, compared two groups of patients medication safety. Results： After health education management, the research group performed better than the comparison group in the dimension of medication safety knowledge, attitude and behavior score, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the medication safety for community elderly patients with chronic diseases, taking corresponding health education management has a good effect , which can effectively improve patient community safety medication scores and guarantee the safety of patients rational drug use,to protect the patient body health and safety.
