急性冠脉综合征患者的临床护理分析

Analysis of Clinical Care for Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的：探究急性冠脉综合症患者采取的护理措施和效果.方法：选取某院在2014年11月？2015年11月间收治的73 例急性冠脉综合症患者,对其采用随机法进行分组,实验组42例接受综合护理,对照组31例采取常规护理干预,评估并对比两组患 者的护理效果.结果：对照组的护理有效率为80.65%,实验组的护理有效率为92.86%,实验组患者的护理效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05 ）. 结论：急性冠脉综合症患者接受综合护理,有助于身体的健康恢复,减少不良事件,提高患者身体的舒适度,可在临床广泛推荐.

Objective To explore the nursing care and effect for patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods： 73 patients with acute coronary syndrome treated in a hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group of 42 patients received comprehensive care and control group of 31 patients taking usual care intervention, then compare the effect of the two groups. Results： The effective nursing rate in the control group was 80. 65 %, in the experimental group was 92.86 %. The nursing effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acute coronary syndrome patients receiving comprehensive care can help restore the health of the body, reduce adverse events and improve the comfort of the patient＇s body, and can be widely recommended in clinical practice.
