手术室患者切口感染护理对策分析

Nursing Countermeasures for Operating Room Patients Wound Infection

目的:分析预防手术室患者切口感染的护理对策。方法:选取手术治疗的110例患者,以随机数字表法将其分为两组各55例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组实施精心护理,比较两组患者切口感染发生情况。结果:对照组切口感染发生率18.2%,观察组切口感染发生率1.8%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。术后观察组切口甲级愈合率显著高于对照组,丙级愈合率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为手术室患者实施精心护理干预,有利于促进患者伤口愈合,降低切口感染发生风险,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing countermeasures of preventing the wound infection in operation room patients. Methods： 110 patients with surgical treatment were randomly divided into two groups, 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing9 the observation group received nursing care, compared with two groups of patients with wound infection. Results： The incidence of wound infection in control group was 18.2% , the incidence of wound infection in observation group was 1 . 8 % , and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The postoperative incision healing rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the third healing rate was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention for patients in the operation room is beneficial to promote wound healing and reduce the risk of wound infection.
