According to the theory of no variation of dot_evaluation of the systemic reliability data, a set of methods of the reliability data synthesizing, suitable for the engineering application, are deduced. The systemic reliability data which is gotten by the methods is more explicit and scientific. The reliability inspectation and evaluation based on the methods is effective.
