摘要
本文从实践角度对多维聚合评价的维度组成、实施途径、指标构建以及实施效果反馈等方面进行了探索。研究表明:多维聚合成绩评价体系确实能有效地增强学生的自主学习能力,激发学生的学习积极性,最大程度地促进学生在实际工作中的能力发挥和职业目标的达成。
From the practical perspective, this paper explores the dimensional composition, mplementation ways, indicator construction, implementation effects and feedback of the multi - dimensional aggregation evaluation. The research shows that the multi -dimensional aggregation evaluation can enhance the students' self learning abilities, stimulate their learning enthusiasm, promote their ability in work and help them achieve their professional goals to the greatest extent.
