摘要
江苏省吴江中等专业学校以专业群建设为重点,以探索"精专业、强实践、重应用"人才培养模式为抓手,从职业教育的实际出发,依据当前行业企业对于应用型蓝领人才的需求,与中等职业教育紧密衔接的需要,提高人才培养与市场要求的吻合度,创新职业教育人才培养模式,取得了显著成效。
