江苏省教育厅、财政厅决定启动省"十三五"期间职业学校现代化专业群建设,按照"突出优势、聚焦特色、创新机制、打造品牌"的工作思路实施现代化专业群建设。苏州高等职业技术学校对照建设标准,以江苏省品牌特色专业为龙头,以建成具有江苏特色、跻身国内一流、接轨国际水准的江苏省现代化示范职业学校为目标,努力打造一批能够发挥引领辐射作用的现代化专业群,推动人才培养质量的提升。

Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, Department of Finance decided to startthe construction of vocational school modern professional groups in our province during the 13th Five- year Plan period in accordance with the thoughts of ＂highlighting advantages, focusing on characteristics, making innovation in mechanism and creating brands＂. According to the construction standard, Suzhou Higher Vocational Technical School takes the provincial brand specialty as the leader and takes constructing provincial modern demonstration vocational school with Jiangsu characteristics among the domestic first - class, in line with the international standards as the goal to strive to establish modern professional groups which can play a leading role, in order to promote the talent training quality.
