摘要
张楚廷先生的教师治学思想集中体现在"人与学",是大学人对学的追求与探索。教师在治学过程中,视学术为生命,不仅将其看成是自己个体的生命,更将其视为学校的生命,视为大学的生命。教学是教师学术生命的载体,是教师创造性传授知识、与学生心灵交往以及开发新课程的过程。科研是教师学术生命的活水源泉,不仅可以有效促进教学,还可以创造更多的物质财富和精神财富。社会服务是教师学术生命的价值体现,学术自由则是其有力保障。
Mr. Zhang Chuting ’ s thought on the teachers ’ scholarship governance is mainly embodied in the words of “human beings and learning”,which is about the pursuit and exploration of the human beings in the u- niversity for learning. During this process, teachers regard learning as their academic life, not only as their own individual lives, but also as the life of school and university. The carrier of the teachers ’ academic life is teaching, and teaching is a process of imparting knowledge to the students creatively, communicating with the students from heart and soul, as well as the development of new curriculum. Academic research is the flowing water source of the teachers ’ academic life, which not only can promote the teaching effectively, but also create more material and spiritual wealth. The value of teachers* academic life is reflected in social services, and its favorable protection is academic freedom.
