前外侧入路MIPO技术治疗老年肱骨近端OTAⅡB型骨折

The treatment of proximal humeral OTA type ⅡB fractures in the elderly patients with MIPO technique via anterolateral approach

目的探讨前外侧入路MIPO技术治疗老年肱骨近端OTAⅡB型骨折的临床疗效。方法应用前外侧入路MIPO技术治疗26例老年肱骨近端OTAⅡB型骨折患者。结果 26例均获得随访,时间12-24个月。按Neer肩关节评分标准与HSS肘关节评分标准评价：优23例,良2例,差1例。结论前外侧入路MIPO技术治疗老年肱骨近端OTAⅡB型骨折固定可靠,创伤小,骨折愈合率高,功能恢复好,并发症少,是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of proximal humeral OTA type ⅡB fractures in the elderly patients with MIPO technique via anterolateral approach. Methods Twenty-six cases of proximal humeral OTA type ⅡB fractures in elderly patients were treated with MIPO technique via anterolateral approach. Results All 26 cases were followed up for 12 - 24 months. According to Neer shoulder score and HSS elbow score standard assessment,the results was 23 cases as excellent,2 good and 1 poor. Conclusions The treatment of proximal humeral OTA type ⅡB fractures in the elderly with MIPO technique via anterolateral approach is reliable. It ensures minor trauma,high fracture healing rate,good functional recovery and few complications. And it＇ s a safe and effective method.
