摘要
当前,我国小麦粉加工的机械设备和工艺水平已进入世界先进行列,小麦粉加工、面食制作、面粉企业产业链的延伸,在我国有着很大的发展和拓展空间。针对面粉企业在转型升级中出现的一些问题,提出了要"走正道、保健康、重质量、创新品、厚文化",做好面粉企业转型升级,并希望能引起大家的重视。
Now wheat flour processing machinery equipment and technology level in China are advanced in the world.Flour processing,production of pasta,industrial chain extension in flour enterprises has infinite development space.Some problems in flour enterprises in transformation and upgrading were proposed, "right direction,more health,good quality,innovation,traditional Chinese culture".We hope can these views could cause everybody's attention.
