米糠中砷、镉、铅分布规律的初探

Exploration for distribution rule of As,Cd,and Pb in the rice bran

为研究米糠中砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)含量分布,选取湖北产10种稻谷,测定了不同加工等级下得到的米糠中蛋白质、As、Cd、Pb的含量。结果表明,蛋白质含量不呈线性递减分布,从高到低为:二道米糠、一道米糠、三道米糠、四道米糠、精米;而As、Cd、Pb含量分布从高到低为:一道米糠、二道米糠、三道米糠、四道米糠、精米。

In order to determine the contents distribution of As,Cd,and Pb in the rice bran,10 different types of rice were chosen from Hubei province,the contents of protein,As,Cd,Pb in the rice bran through various processing stages were measured.The result showed that the content of protein was not distributed by linear decreasing gradient.The content of protein in the rice follow the order：rice bran of the second stage,of the first,of the third,of the fourth and the polished rice.The distribution rule for the contents of As,Cd,and Pb followed the order：rice bran of the first,of the second,of the third,of the fourth and the polished rice.
