着眼目前在舰船器材消耗分析计算方面存在的问题,明确了舰船器材消耗率的定义,较为系统全面地提出了舰船器材消耗率的分析计算方法:当消耗数据较大时采用基于历史数据的分析计算方法和基于影响图理论的舰船器材消耗影响因素定性及定量分析、建模、计算的方法;当消耗数据为零时,根据统计学理论估算消耗率。采用这套方法计算思路清晰、消耗率分析计算结果符合实际,是分析计算舰船器材消耗率较为有效的方法。

Considering the current problems in the analysis and calculation of warship equipment consumption, this article puts forward a clear definition of warship equipment consumption rate and proposes a set of systematic and comprehensive analysis and calculation methods in warship equipment consumption rate. When the consumption datas are large, the analysis and calculation methods based on historical datas and based on influence diagram theory can be applied, while the consumption datas are very close to zero, the analysis and calculation methods based on statistical theory are applicable.
