摘要
介绍了影响固态发射机可靠性的关键因素及提高发射机可靠性的应对措施,为发射机可靠性设计提供了依据,在综合考虑可靠性因素的基础上提出了一种宽频带、大功率、固态发射机可靠性设计的方案,对固态发射机的推广应用具有重要意义。
This paper introduces the key factors effecting the reliability of solid-state transmitter and measures to improve the reliability of the transmitter, provides the basis for the reliability design of transmitter. On the basis of considering the reliability factors a scheme of wide-band, high-power and solid-state transmitter reliability design is presented, which is of great significance to the popularization and application of solid-state transmitter.
