摘要 针对自动舵放大板结构复杂,难以检测判断故障的问题,设计了以计算机为系统平台,以增强型51单片机为控制核心的检测主板,辅以电源模块,系统电源电路,接口电路构成自动舵模拟放大电路检测装置。编写上位机系统软件和单片机软件,利用串口进行通信,最后,利用检测系统进行了模拟测试,测试结果表明,检测装置能够对自动舵模拟放大板进行快速检测。 The autopilot analog amplifying circuit board is complicated and difficult to inspect its faults. A kind of analog amplifying circuits fault testing instrument is designed which includes system platform, testing board, power board, circuit interface. The system software for the host computer and single chip computer are programmed. The computer and single chip computer communicate with each other by serial communication The autopilot analog amplifying circuit fault testing instrument is tested by simulation inspection The testing result indicates that the testing instrument can inspect the autopilot analog amplifying circuits rapidly.
